Getting started in sameview for Hireup support workers
Sameview is proud to be working with Hireup to provide our app for care coordination to its clients.
Sameview is a web based platform that makes it easy for families, individuals and supports all be on the same page and working together.
Hireup workers will be invited into each client’s sameview team to have the ability to:
See important information about the person and family, including their goals.
See updates from other supports and services in the person’s team.
Communicate with other supports in the team.
Post updates from your shift, showing how your support is helping the person to achieve their goals.
